Focus on Under Served Golf Markets

While RTCI will provide Memberships to all Five Market Segments, the initial focus is on the under served golf markets in the U.S. The majority of golf resorts today cater to the affluent golfer and have not developed any marketing programs to attract the largest segment of golfers, the middle market. According to the National Golf Foundation over 80% of the national golfers make less than $100,000 a year. Although our programs appeal to the affluent golfer as well, our products are structured to benefit the majority of the traveling golfers.

National Memberships for the Traveling Golfer

There is a market need for golf programs that provide both exclusivity and reasonable prices for the Traveling Golfer. RTCI's ClubShare™ Membership Programs are an expanded version of the national membership programs of some of the most exclusive clubs in the United States. The original concept offered well-known personalities and dignitaries the opportunity to belong to the finest clubs in the U.S., even if they did not live in the immediate area. The memberships allow these people the opportunity to play Member Golf at private golf clubs on a limited basis annually. RTCI ClubShare™ Membership Programs' based on a similar, but expanded concept. The ClubShare™ Membership Programs are currently structured into a three-tier offering.

ClubShare™ Trophy Club

The premier program, the ClubShare™ Trophy Club, is a full equity membership program that will align itself with up to 30 of the finest golf resort courses in the U.S. with the intention of building a minimum of two golf villas at each course to accommodate a mixture of our members. Each member will be entitled to unlimited golf and accommodations based upon our Priority Reservation System. This program is initially priced at $12,000 per member.

ClubShare™ Resort Club

The ClubShare™ Resort Club, is a five year renewable membership that is developed as medium priced product for those individuals that cannot afford the cost of the Trophy Club, but who are interested in quality golf vacations. This program will highlight quality private courses in resort areas that are looking for additional members but do not have the funds to commit to a large marketing campaign. By working with us they can add new memberships with out the cost of marketing. The member will receive seven days of cart fee golf and onsite lodge accommodations at special member rates. This program is priced at $5,000 a couple and $4,000 for an individual for the five-year term.

ClubShare™ Ambassador Club

RTCI will offer the ClubShare™ Ambassador Club as a standalone 365 day a year program for the travel golfer and their family. Whether the golfer is traveling for golf excursions, for business or on vacation with the family, the ClubShare™ Ambassador Club will offer "privileged access" and great values to fine golf courses, private dining, and private clubs both nationally and internationally at value prices. The club offerings will be augmented with substantial discounts for many travel amenities and necessities such as airlines, rental cars, hotels, condos and many others. The ClubShare Ambassador Club will be included at no additional cost to our higher level membership programs.

Once-In-A-Lifetime Vacation

The Fourth program is offered as an alternate strategy for people who have been unable to make a full commitment to the other programs during their initial exposure to the concept. This group will be offered a trial membership for eighteen months that provides all the benefits of the normal programs except they are not guaranteed a certain week of use and are subject to availability. This program allows the buyers to test driver the program prior to completing the purchase, and importantly, provides a mini commitment to the program. Buyers of this product will be given full credit toward an upgrade to any of the other memberships. This program is priced at $1,475 per person.

National Programs' Highlights

RTCI will offer golf travel memberships across a wide spectrum of the golfing public and will supplement our memberships with other value laden programs for Golfers. Here are some of the highlights of our golf memberships:

• Flexible arrangements of splitting vacations into 3 to 7-day segments to accommodate changing travel patterns.
• Ability to upgrade from one program to another to allow for changes in member requirements.
• Pricing that provides any golfer the opportunity to join with small down payments and flexible financing programs.

Our programs allow our Members to pay for just what they will use and to have flexibility about when they use it.
