RTCI Subsidiaries
Resort Club International's subsidiary companies are selected to bring greater value to RTCI. Our enterprise approach brings companies with great concepts, great management and valuable core competencies into an organization that allows them to run their business with virtual autonomy. Additionally, our subsidiary companies are often selected because they have a core competency and resources that may be of value across the entire RTCI enterprise family.

Virtual Golf Tournament
To underscore RTCI's commitment to "promising products and technologies" and to maintain Golf Industry Thought Leadership, RTCI will launch the Virtual Golf Tournament (VGT) in 2007. Resort Clubs International, Inc. plans to invest substantial funds into the development and deployment of The Virtual Golf Tournament. Virtual Golf Tournament represents a "beach-head" application for a suite of on-site and online services that connect marketers to golfers.
Through kiosk and Internet technology, VGT will allow golfers throughout the U.S. to compete with other golfers worldwide. A golfer plays their home course on any day of their choosing for prizes and cash. Their scores are normalized based upon ratings of their home course and the courses of their fellow competitors.
With VGT everyone wins. A substantial portion of the gross revenues will go to First Tee to promote the golfers of tomorrow. A press release with details about the Virtual Golf Tournament is scheduled by RTCI for November 2006.
The Trophy Club LLC
The Clubshare™ Trophy Club LLC was established to create and manage RTCI's premier Equity Membership Program offerings. The Clubshare™ Trophy Club is the current premier offering and is the precursor of other high-end Equity Memberships to be added through time.
The Hallmark of the Trophy Club is a National Master Membership in some of the finest private and resort golf clubs in the U.S. The Membership always includes accommodations at The Trophy Club's own villa suites, bungalows or homes.
The ClubShare™ Trophy Club is designed to allow the Traveling and Vacationing Golfer to enjoy the same private club experience they are used to at their home clubs. Trophy Club members pay only cart fees for golf and housekeeping fees for our luxury bungalows, villas and homes.
The Ambassador Club LLC
The Ambassador Club LLC is RTCI's organization focusing on leisure and travel offerings. The company's current focus is on the Traveling Golfer and family, but through time its responsibility includes more leisure offerings with and without golf as a centerpiece.
The ClubShare™ Ambassador Club is a 365 day a year golf and travel program to provide our members the best golf values when the travel golfer and the golfer who travels for business or vacation. While the program provides free rounds, two for one rounds, reciprocal golf privileges and many valuable discounts on air rental cars, hotels, condos and private dining, it is a great leisure offering with plenty of benefit for the non-golfer.
The Resort Club LLC
The Resort Club LLC was formed and is organized to support The ClubShare™ Resort Club Membership program. The company is responsible for non-equity membership clubs which provide many of the same membership elements of the ClubShare ™ Trophy Club for fixed year periods and focus on resort golf venues. The company's programs offer corporately owned accommodations for its members.
ClubShare™ Resort Club is a 5 year, renewable resort membership at a initial price of $5000 per couple ($4000 for a single). Members are entitled to an annual, one-week vacation at their "home" resort, including 7 days of guaranteed golf. There are no green fees, only cart fees. Quality accommodations are included for a 60% discount of room rack rate but not less than $40. Including cart fees, the Resort Membership offers a full week, guaranteed golf and vacation for approximately $900 a couple or less than half the current cost.
